Behaviors at work place (Professional Behaviors that we focus on at #PBJAM) are of two types:
Personal behaviors – help or hurt an individual employee to be more effective and efficient
Inter-personal behaviors – help or hurt an employee and/or team to manage organizational friction, to seek individuals to contribute more and to improve organization’s confidence towards achieving and sustaining success
Behaviors are intentional actions unlike habits.
