Workshop Description
PB JAM’s “Peer Power” workshop is designed to demonstrate the science-driven framework of peer cohorts. The workshop starts with a brief overview of peer frameworks. Depending on the duration of the workshop, we then cover key structures from the appreciative inquiry and organizational behavioral sciences. The participants are then split into groups of 3-5 each, and each group conducts live interactive exercises. The activities will differ based on the duration of your workshop, as shown below.
